Please review our policies below. Please note that many of these policies are required by state and city law for licensed businesses such as ours and are out of our control. Agreeing to these policies is required before booking a stay, and we are not able to give refunds for guests who were not aware of said policies.
PAYMENT: A deposit equal to your first night's stay is charged upon booking. Unless requested ahead of time, your remaining balance will be charged with the card you used to pay your deposit upon your arrival.
CHECK-IN: 4pm - 7pm. If arriving outside this window, please call or e-mail to inquire about self check-in. We are always able to accommodate late arrivals with notice, but guests who arrive after the check-in window without advanced notice may face late fees or forfeit their room at their own expense.
CHECKOUT: By 11am. Minimum 24 hours notice is required when requesting late checkout, which cannot always be accommodated. If checking out late without notice, a fee will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: All cancellations and any changes must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your original arrival date. Deposits are non refundable after that point and no changes (e.g. moving arrival or departure dates) will be accommodated. Guests are expected to pay for the entirety of their reservation if cancelling within 2 weeks. All reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $20 processing fee. There are absolutely no exceptions, including for weather. Please consider travel insurance (visit insuremytrip.com) if your plans could change or you intend to visit during the winter, when weather could affect your ability to get here..
WEEKENDS: From May-November, Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together. If a reservation is modified to remove a Friday or Saturday, guests are required to pay for the unused night.
ON-SITE PARKING: Free but restricted parking is available for small cars (coups, sedans, wagons with automatic transmission). We cannot accommodate SUVs or larger vehicles or those with a manual transmission. Free street parking is available on adjecent streets.
GROUP/MULTI-ROOM BOOKINGS: Group reservations must be approved by the innkeepers to be considered valid. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for group/multi-room bookings.
SMOKING, VAPING & CANDLES: Absolutely no smoking, vaping or use of candles is permitted within the inn. A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in rooms.
CHILDREN: We do not allow guests under the age of 18. This includes infants and toddlers, regardless of sleeping arrangements. Please note: guests found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.
PETS: We do not allow pets.
