Every hospitality establishment, from B&B to hotel to short term rental has their own specific policies. We want you to be fully aware of ours, and what we can and can't do. If what we offer work for you, we want you to book somewhere that does. Our policies are short and written in plain English. This is not the iTunes Terms of Service Agreement. They are there simply to let you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you. Unfortunately, almost every bad experience a guest has had - and that we weren’t able to fix - came from the policies not being read and someone having unreasonable expectations as a result. So…

Okay. We know that, despite that long spiel, a lot of people still didn’t read the policies. So here are the ones that we really want to make sure you know.
We do not allow any guests under the age of 18 (this includes infants and toddlers sharing a bed with parents).
Suites 2 & 4 do not come with on-site parking. If you don’t book a Suite that explicitly says it comes with a on-site parking, you will not be able to park on-site.
We’re begging you: please read the cancellation policy before you book!
Most weekends May-October require Friday & Saturday be booked together. Some holiday weekends also require Sunday. If you see we have availability but you’re unable to book during the weekend, it is likely due to this restriction.
Due to allergy concerns, we cannot accommodate pets.
