POLICIES
Rates: The rate you select when booking determines the price per night of your room, the amount of your deposit and how long prior to your stay you have to cancel. Please review rates carefully before selecting.
Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds: Each rate requires a deposit of at least one night and has a set time by which you must make any alterations to your reservation. After this point, the rest of your bill is charged and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Children: All guests of The Mercury must be over the age of 18 regardless of parent accompaniment. There are no exceptions.
Minimums: From May - November, Friday & Saturday must be booked to together. There are no other minimums.
Check In: Guaranteed by 3pm, and often earlier. Guests will be texted as soon as their room is ready.
Check Out: is by 11AM.
Parking: A parking space is offered for Suites 1 & 3. Suites 2 & 4 should seek street or garage parking. Free parking is available on streets surrounding the inn.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
